I have a Samsung e635 (for T-Mobile) that is supposed to be able to operate on GSM frequencies 850, 1800, and 1900. Will I be able to use this on roam when I go to Mexico?

I'm not even sure Mexico has land lines yet. I think they just recently discovered electricity.

Yes it will. however T Mobile will charge you for $1.50 per minute, and text messaging are $0.25 outgoing, and incoming are $0.15. Good Luck in MEXICO!

And also, you dont have to call t mobile or anything, because it automatic goes in Roming.

you have to call your provider and ask this question. I went to Mexico, and to use the phone there, I had to have them turn on 'international roaming options'.
