This might be easier, if your regular you take the first day of your last period and add 14 days on to that. So if your period was Jan 1st for example you would be fertile from the 15th-19th probably, another easy way to tell is when your cervical mucus is white and creamy you are fertile or when its stretches and is clear means your very fertile. If your regular your period should come every 28 days, if not ur irregular you can buy a ovulation test from the store that will pin point it, the ovulation caculators are not accurate online if your irregular usually. Goodluck hope this helped!

The first day of your period is day #1 of your cycle. You count from the first day of your period to the last day before you get your period and that is your cycle. Usually you need to count a few months to get your cycle, it will be an average of the amount of months you count. A normal cycle is 28 days, you ovulate 14 days before your expected next period.

Your cycle starts on the first day of your period, then you count the days until the day BEFORE your next period begins, chart it for at least 3 months to get an average.
Good Luck.

Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

calculate the traditional of ur final 3-4 sessions. working example a woman's era comes on occasion on the 35-40-40 5 so which you place them jointly and get the traditional that's 40, then you definately divide it by ability of two that's 20. so which you would be able to wanna infant dance on the fifteenth by twenty 2d...or infant dance another day.

Count from the 1st day of one period to the 1st day of the next. 28 days is "normal" but mine is 33. (still in the normal range)
