It is hard to quit smoking. Every one of them looks pretty good to me right now. Every cigarette looks like it was made by God, rolled by Jesus and moistened shut with Jessica Alba's coochie right now

Seriously dude just willpower, that's all it takes. If you can get through the few moments when you crave a cigarette (chew gum, use patches, etc) you can quit.
