Had about 3 1/2 cups today. Need to stop before I start bouncing off the walls like my 2 year old. How many cups do you average per day?

i drink about 8 or 9 cups a day. but i don't drink coffee after 8:00 p m because i won't be able to sleep.

Caffeine tolerance varies from person to person - I can jug down like 8 in a day but I don't get jitty. A little cranky but not jitty
have you tried decaf?

I once got drunk at a friend's house party and after i threw up a few times, i got a craving for coffee...i had about 9 in an hour and a half, and i was ok...kind of.
