What can i do if i believe that my boss is drinking on the job? I do have my suspicions. Also, they will not let me choose what days i want off, even tho I have senority over 1 person. . . Also, my assistant manager there, is drawing social security, and only works days a week. . . Well, she's punching in and out on her daughters time card who also works there. . . . What can i do, to get proof of all this, and turn it over to the police? I want my weekends off, and this is the only way to do it. I told them from the beginning not to make me mad.

Kiddo:
it sounds as though you should start quietly finding a new place to work. Know that you will not be able to change what is going on there...even if you are right about all of the problems, you will probably be the bad guy for making these incongruities known to others. It is not really your job to police other people,,,you can if you are the boss, but not really in this case. The boss can drink, cause he is the boss. Say nothing, be a model employee and start looking for a new job where people have to be accountable. You sound like a very good person and someone who would do well as a person in a position of responsibility. Good Luck.

Sounds like there is a lot more wrong with this organization than meets the eye. None of you are interested in the company mission (meaning the business is dead no matter how long it continues to move forward under its own momentum).
Even as a whistleblower you are no hero. You're only exposing people out of spite or other morally questionable self interests. Be grateful you're not on my staff. I would consider it my fiscal and risk management based responsibility to fire you all and start over.
Follow up: Okay... As a convicted felon you are on SUCH thin ice. Telling them from the beginning "not to make me mad" is a threat that your PO would probably like to know about. You are in no position to be an @ss. Do your job. Be grateful you've got one. The world isn't fair. If no one around you is committing crimes that could send you back to jail then butt out and take care of what you're paid to care about. Be grateful you're not the poor schlep who has to clean up this mess.

i don't comprehend how previous you're or what number different companies you have worked for yet suffice to assert welcome to the international of place of work politics. is this small employer or a family contributors employer and is the female in question a relative of a few kind. Or are there conceivable romantic ties with the boss. study your project and tread intently. The pay element is what gets me the main. For any hours over 40 you're able to get a minimum of time and a a million/2, or a million.5 x prevalent pay $. With it being a small employer they won't have an efficient Human Reasoures branch. additionally, the boss looks like the kind to fireplace you in case you push the situation. consult with the Umemployment place of work and discover out the guidelines. in case you get fired you will could comprehend the place it incredibly is besides. right here is what i might do nonetheless. have you ever tried arguing with a tree or a rock. Or have you ever long gone swimming and screamed underwater. no longer something occurs to the tree, rock, or water. each and each of those issues has a differtent sources yet all of them respond in the comparable way- they do no longer something. The tree will bend and rustle its leaves or say "i'll get to that..." and then do no longer (quietly). The rock in basic terms sits there. no longer something. Nada. Zip. The water engages the guy, totally envoples them and aborbs the question, the instructions, the yells, the cries. And end the tip you're nonetheless moist. no longer something occurs. you're able to comprehend you artwork for them and that they do no longer artwork for you. yet, you may properly be smarter. I carry around a sprint peice of duct tape- it jogs my memory to maintain my mouth close. additionally, with the help of you doing all the artwork, the boss is getting extra properly worth out of you single than if he had 2 human beings there. He does not care approximately your "thoughts" in easy terms on the subject of the outcomes.

If your only agenda is to take weekends off and get everyone else in trouble, it is time for you to find a new job. If you are loyal to the business, then you should see what it says in your employee manual about reporting these types of things.
Good luck in whatever you choose to do.
