Maybe you could put an ad in the paper or craigslist.org looking for a roomate.

If you have $ for rent they could contribute the deposit and you could work it out that way?

In California I cannot evict a person for not paying deposit....so when a good prospect asks if I would work with them on the deposit, I tell them a deposit is required up front and that I will work with them on the rent portion. Sometimes when there are alot of rentals on the market landlords will offer move in specials....
First months rent free with deposit.

Maybe you should look into renting a room rather than a place of your own. May be easier and cheaper.

Good Luck

See if your parents write a letter in which they state you have resided with them. Im not understanding why an eviction notice would be a good thing to have. There are many woman's advocate places around. Try to google or wikipedia womans advocate centers in your area. They may be able to direct you to a place that can help you. Good Luck!

Social Services should be able to help you out, even if just for information. Perhaps since you've never been evicted (correct?), ask if you could instead give them three letters of recommendations from people.

I've read a couple of your other questions and I admire your determination on sticking with your priorities of school, work, family, etc....hang in there....you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication!

Go to the Social Services and you can get emergency section eight they will give it to you since you have a child. My sister got it within a few days of applying. Tell them if they don't help you that you and you're child will be on the street. If they still won't help call churches in you're area they always have money set aside to help the people.

Have your folks type up an eviction notice for you.

Why should it matter that you are a parent or not? Take your ex-husband to court and make him pay child support.

Get your mom to write one. it doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something on paper for records. Just have her write a statement saying that she is no longer able to help you with housing and an exact date of when you have to be out...this could be her move out date or to be safe, an earlier date.

Don't give more details then what they ask of you!
