I would say it is not really a friend action. it's more of a couple thing, or something with your family when you are younger. but that's not saying that you have to be dating to hold hands, if you have strong feelings for someone than its okay. but i would suggest not holding hands without you and the person both knowing where you are coming from. by this i mean that if you don't feel that way about this person you are holding hands with you could mislead them and they could get really hurt... hope i helped

depends, she might take it a different way. as in, more than friends. i have a few friends i do that with, but we've known each other for years and years, so we dont have a problem with that. that's my 2 cents.
