I am having problems with frame rate speed on Call of Duty: UO multiplayer.

you probably already are.. but keep the drivers up-to-date...
after that there's not much you can do, besides making sure that no other programs are running while you play.
those laptop cards tend to be on the weak side... dont expect too much from it

You can also try overclocking the card. I have a registry entry that will enable the nVidia software to allow you to overclock your card (if it can). If you would like it, I can email it to you as an attachment; it is a small file.
If none of this works, then maybe it's time to upgrade your video card.

Try increasing the amount of RAM used for it in BIOS.
