Quiznos does have more meat on their sandwiches, and in general they tend to be fancier sandwiches. The bread is thicker, crustier, and stronger (it won't mush as much) than Subway's. But some of the meats at Quiznos have herbs or sauces people might not like, and I don't think they have as big a selection of veggies. Certainly, a Quiznos sandwich will be higher in calories than a comparable Subway sandwich, if only because of the bread.
I find that I order a different type of sandwich from Quiznos, also. There I'm more likely to get a steak and cheese or a meatball sandwich. They come with a good amount of meat and cheese, but not much else. At Subway, I usually get a turkey sandwich and pile on the veggies. I like both of them, but I feel like I've gotten a balanced meal more at Subway. I've even gotten side salads from Quiznos to try to add some green to the meal, but a small portion of lettuce and some onions don't really do the trick.
The main point is that if you put other stuff on your sandwich, you might not need as much meat. But if you want a meat-only sandwich, your best bet would definitely be Quiznos. Out of those two choices. I'd recommend a local sandwich shop above them any day! (Or Mike's Subs in New Jersey. :))

There are regulations that TV advertisers have to abide by in which whatever claim they make has to be verifiable. Personally, I do believe Quiznos sandwiches do have more meat than Subway sandwiches of the same size.

I do find Quizno's usually puts more meat on their sandwiches than Subway, but it usually depends on which Subway or Quizno's you go to and who's making your sandwich. Sometimes I find Subway can skimp on the meat while other times they can be generous with it, depending on where I go. Same goes for Quizno's. But overall I think Quizno's is more generous with the meat.

I think it is pretty accurate. I know at Subway you can order "double meat" for something like 89 cents extra. But, I think overall Quiznos is a better sandwich. I also tend to like their salads or soups and breadbowls so I have lots more options. There are occasions when I still like Subway too though! Hard to pick! :)

That's not exactly true. That is marketing.
They are comparing the Quizno's double meat to the Subway regular.

Yes - Quiznos does have more meat than Subway.
We have a saying in our house for Subway - " Subway eat Less!!"
You know, the commercial says Subway eat fresh - hehe.
But if you really want a sub shop with a lot of meat try Jersey Mikes Subs, they are loaded!!

Yes they do.
Subway has made attempts to thwart Quizno's advertising edge, by reminding customers that they can order "Double Meat" on their sandwiches for a dollar extra.
Additionally Subway is beginning to release sandwiches that have multiple meats on them.
I enjoy both restaurants... just depends on what im in the mood for.

It sure seems like it as I'm always very full after eating at Quiznos, and I don't get very full from eating at Subway.
