They live in the mountains of Colorado. There is one episode where it is summer but it only lasts for a week.

Well it is high up in the mountains where snow does stay for most of the year. But here's a real crazy thought...why is that the kids are the only ones in parkas? Mrs. Garrison (snort) runs around in sleaveless tops and capris...think how cold Mr. Slave must be!

Because they're high up in the mountains. But I tell secret. The real south park actually melts in summer. They are lying to us, tricksy tricksy!
