omg this week i hav 2 present a speech (only in front of about 20-30 people) for about 3 minutes and i'm really scared. Im not allowed to laugh and i hav 2 b serious. usually during presenting, i start shaking and i cant speak. also my notecards may fall out of my hands! im soooo scared and i hav no idea wat 2 do because this speech is getting graded. please help me!

Practice, practice, practice. Get it ready early and see if your parents, or friends can be your practice audience. Try reciting it in front of a mirror. Also, maybe you have a friend in that class who you can practice in front of, that way, when you do have to do it, just look at them like you have been all week and say your speech. It's really all about preparation, and if you mess up, it's okay, other people have and other people will too. Just look at our political speakers. You'll be fine.

Relax, Just Relax. Stage fright has happened to every great presenter or entertainer at least once in their lives. Besides u need a little bit of the adrenalin ur body pumps to keep u going. Just relax and enjoy what u are doing. This ur only moment where u get to be in the spotlight so enjoy it.

What helped me in giving speeches was to not look at the crowd but just over their hands and picturing that I'm just at home talking to the mirror. I wish you good luck and hope you do great.

try looking up at a wall and block people out like choose a freind you have in that class and pretend that you are talking to her/him
