what psychology classes should i take in high school?

Well if you can take a college corse that will transfer to what ever university you go to that could give ya a bit of an edge once you get to school. So you'll want to take a General psych course Usually psyc 100 or 101. You'll want to talk to your guidance counselor about what kind of college classes are available to you while your in school and figure out which classes will transfer to which school. I remember I got completely gyped when I took a statistics class over the summmer... It was a 5 credit class but it only transfered as 3 credits to my school. so basically I only got credit for half the class. If your school has any AP classes TAKE EM as many as you can handle and do your best on the AP exams. I only took 2 AP classes and it counted as 9 credits in college... normally people take 15 to 18 credits each semester.. It saved me a ton of time and money later on. (not too mention saved me from boring history lectures).
If you can only take Psych as an elective as a high school class. It won't help you as far as credits in psyc but it will help ya decide if that's somethin you wanna study in college. And the sooner you can choose a major in college the better off you are.

A.P. psychology, if it's offered at your school. It's alot of work and reading but if you like psychology then you'll probably enjoy it. Plus it's an a.p. class so you'll get get a wieghted grade an it'll look very good on your high school transcript, especailly if you wanna get it to that field in college
