Speak to your supervisor. If this is really a problem, it should be addressed by someone in authority. Is there a lounge or lunchroom where he could go to eat, rather than his desk?

Bring Chitterlings to work and eat them at your desk.
Make loud slurping noises as you eat it.
Then throw it up in his wastebasket. See if he catches the hint.
