Your question not only presumes the existance of a divinity, but obviously you have a rather specfic one in mind. Thus, this is not a question about philosophy, but about the decisions made by a particular diety.
If you want to know how a particular diety thinks, you would do far better consulting with material relevant to that entity. Read the religious manual of your choice or consult with a particular expert in the field of your particular diety. Or try actually asking in the religion area.
Asking philosophers for specfic information about a diety they are not even presumed to know about, much less believe in and agree with, is a pointless venture at best. Unless you want to know about the plausibility of your diety in a general sense (it doesn't sound like you do) or get attacked for assuming that your diety is the only and correct one (I'd be surprised if you want that, either). And you might want to be more specific even there.

--Please think on this simple point! -------
-- Why is there no mention of any other planet in the entire Bible?
--Does than not emphasize the uniqueness of earth?
NOTE--The distinction of the Earth in that it is totally singled out with mention of the universe:
(Genesis 1:1) "1 In [the] beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
(Genesis 2:4) "4 This is a history of the heavens and the earth in the time of their being created, in the day that Jehovah God made earth and heaven."
----Why the total distinction, if indeed the earth was not the most unique of all celestial objects?
---In Isaiah 40, mention is made that, every star is named by God!
---In Job 38 several constellations are referred to by names!
---So again, why are there no other planets acknowledged in the Bible, ---If in fact God did not do that puposely?
--Yes, the earths placement is indeed unique. Please note...
.....*** g00 10/8 pp. 8-9 The Earth-Was It "Founded" by Chance?
--Earth's Orbit
Another ideal feature is the shape of earth's orbit. If the orbit were more elliptic, we would suffer unbearable extremes of temperature. Instead, the earth has a nearly circular orbit. Of course, the situation would change if a giant planet like Jupiter were to pass nearby. In recent years scientists have uncovered evidence that some stars have large Jupiterlike planets orbiting very close to them. Many of these Jupiterlike planets have eccentric orbits. Any earthlike planets in such systems would be in trouble.
Astronomer Geoffrey Marcy compared these external planet systems with the four planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars, which make up our inner solar system. In an interview, Marcy exclaimed: "Look at how perfect this [arrangement] is. It's like a jewel. You've got circular orbits. They're all in the same plane. They're all going around in the same direction. . . . It's almost uncanny." Can this really be explained by chance?
Our solar system has another marvelous feature. The giant planets Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune orbit the sun at a safe distance from us. Instead of being a threat, these planets fill a vital role. Astronomers have likened them to 'celestial vacuum cleaners' because their gravity sucks in large meteors, which might otherwise endanger life on earth. Indeed, the earth has been very well "founded." (Job 38:4) Both its size and its position in our solar system are just right. But that is not all. The earth has other unique features that are essential for human life............"
--SO THEN could all the planets in this solar system have been created simply for the benefit of us and our jewel, the earth---that indeed is a very strong possibiltiy?

No matter where we are, you could ask the same question. We are were we are, because we aren't anywhere else. Nothing mystical about it.
And as far as God choosing? Perhaps God should have put us on Mercury or Venus where we would fry in an instant?
We are here on Earth because Earth is a very fertile place for life, and eventually we just came along (and are now ruining it).
Hey, somebody ELSE may have gotten one of the really GOOD planets. Could be, we got one of the low rent planets because our landlord is the devil? Think about that! Or maybe no God (or devil) is necessary at all.

We don't really know if Earth is really special. We might think so because we live on it. It's not really logical to think we are the only life forms in this huge Universe. We can speculate till the cows come home, but the only Being who knows the answer to your question is God. At the moment, we're doing a good job in destroying and ruining Earth and it's high time we all did something to stop its destruction.

Among the planets of the solar system, only the earth
has the optimal atmosphere for living beings.
The Vishnu Purana says that the earth is merely one of
thousands of millions of inhabited worlds like itself to be
found in the universe. There will be only one planet which
resembles our earth in the planetory system of each of
the stars. Since they are created by the one Alimighty who
is infinite, they all must look similar. This excludes the
possibility of E.T. (extra terrestial beings with fantastic
gears) proposed by some science finction writers.

It would just simply be Earth. As humans, we evolutionized and learned to adapt to the earth. If we were on a different planet such a mars we would either 1. Die out or 2. Have been evolutionized into a completely different type of organism/species. And personally, I like being human.

I understand the content of your question, even though next time I suggest running spell check before posting. There is no way to address your question without questioning your basic assumption. No, not the existance of God, since I KNOW God exists, but the assumption that earth has the only intelligent life in the universe. Maybe intelligent life exists on THIS piece of cosmic dust, and THAT piece of cosmic dust, and that one, and that one, and so on. If we can imagine it, as in Star Wars and Star Trek, for instance, intelligent life must exist elsewhere, don't you think?

I'm sure your familiar with the old saying "don't put all your eggs in one basket". God didn't create a universe so vast as to defy imagination just for us on this speck to wonder about. He did it so he could spread the seeds of his imagination across the vastness of his creation just as an artist spreads his paint across the canvas. Does the dab of oil in a Monet represent the painting? I think not. Look not to your sentience as a beacon, but recognize instead, yourself as part of the greater whole.

God made the earth FOR us... we're put here because this is the place he created for us to inhabit. After each phase of creation in Genesis, God declares what has been created as "good". That is not meant to say "Hey, I earned an A+!" but rather to say that each thing was suitable or "good" to the purpose for which is was created.
Nature/creation was "good" because it was suitable for God's purpose of using it to sustain the myriad life forms with which he intended to populate it.
We're on earth because earth is the habitat God created for us and the other living things which share this planet.
God may have created other "earths" in other places... he may even have created kinds of "life" that we can't recognize as "life" (because they don't fit our definition) on other planets right here in our solar system. We simply don't know enough about our solar system and about the mystery of God to answer that.

GOD did not "choose" anything (I do believe in God, but oustide of the mental contemplation of deities). Humanity evolved like any other species on this planet and like any other species can and do evolve on other planets and dimensional planes when the conditions are appropriate for that particular species.
