Our system is actually not the best one in the world, and is actually starting to show its age. Large numbers of people in our country have no representation at all (on both sides of the political isle) because we have a two-party centric system that tends to squeeze out third parties with views that might be different than the two main parties.
Modern parliamentary systems are actually newer and more evolved. At the time that our system was created, it certainly was the most free system in the world, but times have changed and constructs such as the electoral college are working against the people.
It's expressly these flaws that have allowed a minority in this country (the right-wing) take an inordinate amount of power, and abuse that power to a nefarious end.

Most ppl of any country say the same about their own government its called state education where young kids are taught from an early age that their system of government is the best in the world. Most critiques say the USA government is owned by few rich lobbyist who represent less than 10% of the population. Most ppl do not participate in the system most Americans do not even vote in a national elections and ppl votes are not counted on one man one vote democratic principle. Most Americans call for reforming the system for more than 50 years.

Doing greater of an identical on a grander scale is the answer? That sounds thoroughly bass-ackwards to me! We in the U. S. look no longer to have the flexibility to work out the wooded area for the trees. Our capability is predicated on the thought-approximately constrained government. think of how little we would intrude in international affairs if the DOD have been a sensible length as seen by ability of our founders, say 5 or 10000! that should, of direction, advise international commerce would could take damaging aspects in terms of modern-day Barbary pirates. that's a delightful musing, regardless of the undeniable fact that it is going to no longer ensue, the two.

"Why USA has the best government in the world ?"
Your question is based on a de facto conclusion, which is erroneous. The U.S. does not have the best government in the world.
There are at least 8 countries that have a superior form of government, some democratic and some social democracies. The most obvious evidence of this is the disfunctional state of U.S. society.

According to our Declaration of Independence, our government is based on the concept that The People get their sovereignty from God and that their government is their Servant.
This is completely upside-down compared to how other governments work. It is this structure that protects individual Rights, something rare in this world.
Because the individual has Rights that come from God, those Rights cannot be taken away by mere popular opinion or the wicked whims of politicians eager to increase their own power.
Unfortunately, as Socialists gain more power in this country, we are losing our Rights. Socialists/Fascists believe that the individual exists as a cog in the State machine, that the individual's existence is defined by their role in serving the State. If we do not stop the progressive takeover by Socialists, this nation will continue to lose its best qualities.

Perhaps if you had phrased that as why it has the best governmental system as opposed to the best government.
The government, being comprised of the people in it, has alot to be desired.
The system however has been tremendously successful.
