Worst of all time - Jimmy Carter (also now the worst ex-president)

Worst: Well I would have to say George W Bush is without a doubt the worst president of all time.

... yep, Ulysses S. Grant and his "Radical Reconstructionalism." I would've voted Andrew Jackson, who gave away the Cherokee's land DESPITE that the Supreme Court ruled them to be a sovereign nation, but Grant was even worse.
