Bruh, good question. Nas definitely is making erryone re-evaluate that garbage they are bringing to the table. Notice how many artists have now pushed their album back?
It was a design, bruh.
It's why Nas deserves so much credit.
As long as there is Nas, Rakim, KRS-ONE, dead prez, and 'Ye - it'll be aight.
To those who haven't heard, download that song "Classic (remix)" by Nas ft. Rakim, KRS-ONE, and Kanye West.

I do. Hip-hop used to be revolutionary, and it was about building a subculture and screaming out against injustice, like folk music was before hip-hop came on the scene. Now it's so mainstream that all those things are lost, and it's all about cashing in on the popularity of the culture and who can make the most money, drive the biggest cars, and get the most hoes. There are still a few soldiers out there trying to keep it alive, but they are getting slaughtered.
R.I.P Hip-hop. We will miss you :(
