Who is the Bradley in Milliken vs. Bradley?

Question

I'm pretty sure that Milliken was William Milliken, the governor of Michigan, but I don't know who the Bradley was. I need an answer ASAP, this is a school assignment.

I don't think you can put Steven and Bradley together in this question. We know Steven is psycho and many people seem to have forgotten what he did to Ian and worst of all to Jane. Stacey has an awful taste in men. Although I thought that at last she had found the right one with Bradley, but she cheated with Max of all people. Now she's cuddling up to Steven and trying to sort out her brother Sean. She seems to collect the psychos around her doesn't she? Personally I would have liked her to have got it together with Gus as he would have treated her well or even Mickey, but both these actors are leaving the show, so I suppose she'll have to settle for Bradley unless there are some new blood being brought in.
