i dont really understand what the sunflowers or crows had to do with the movie...why did the baby talk in the end...why did that dude go psycho and think that the family was his actual family?

The guy that went crazy (John) used to live in that house with his family. He lost it one day and killed his wife and child. In the very beginning of the movie, you see the woman and child hiding and running from something/someone..they're running from him.
The crows flew around that house because of the supernatural presence that was there. After the spirits took John at the end, the supernatural presence left, as did the crows.
The sunflowers were just the crop they grew on that farm. No particularly specific meaning.
The baby couldn't talk earlier because of a car accident that he got into with his sister. After the ghosts were gone and everything was finally ok, the baby spoke again. Just another way to show that the family has gotten better and everything would be ok from then on.

i dont know i thought that movie was kind of confusing
