I don't like Avery, because it makes me think of a place where birds are, but if you like it, why not switch it wil the middle name. William is a nice strong name (and gives good options for nicknames) and William Avery works just as well as Avery William, better even in my opinion.
Same with the other boy name. I'd want to switch it so it's Joshua Gaeton because i don't like the name Gaeton as much because it's harder to pronounce and a bit confusing. I think it sounds better switched to. I also really like the name Joshua.
It's of course up to you though, but sticking with the more usual names for first names and having the unique ones as middle names works better because it stops teasing in school and troubles if the boy wants a strong job in future (I can't imagine a doctor called Avery), but means they can switch and use their middle if they want something more unique.
As for the girls name, Ainsley is a very well known male chef in the UK, so to me it will always be a boys name. It also just sounds masculine to me, even if it is unisex. I love Kayla, or Michaela but Ma'Kayla seems like a weird spelling of Micheala, so i think you'd be better sticking to that. If you really like Ainsley I'd once again switch it so it's the middle name. Michaela Ainsley Keith sounds nice, and she could be called Kayla for short, again it's a name that gives lots of nickname options.
These are just my suggestions anyway, just in my honest opinion. Go with what you like though.

I like your middle names. Maybe switch them up a little:
Makayla Ainsley Keith
William Gaeton Keith
Joshua Avery Keith

I like Avery William Keith and Ainsley Ma'Kayla Keith; but I don't like the name Gaeton! It's too far out there.

Your kids will not thank you for these weird names. Avery is a real name but I doubt that Gaeton, Ainsley or for goodness sake Ma'Kayla are real names.
William and Joshua are fine - you could make the weird names middle names so if the kids don't like them they never have to use them. You need to start from scratch on the girl's name though.
Word to the wise - apostrophes do not belong in names.

I don't love the boys' names. I have seen Avery used quite a lot lately for girls...possibly because Ava is becoming more common, and people are looking for an alternative. I wouldn't want a boy to be saddled with a name that, in a few years, will probably be considered mainly a female name. Also, Gaeton has a built-in playground taunt, since it starts with "gay." If your son ended up gay, that would just seem silly, and if he ended up straight, he would probably hate it.
Ainsley is not too bad. I don't love it, but it's much better than the boys' names.

Gaeton is not a good name for a kid, everyone would make fun of him cause it sounds like gay, kids are cruel. I like Avery William keith though, has a nice ring to it lol. I dont really like the name Ainsley, sorry, and Ma'Kayla should be speled Makaila, Mekeila, etc, i wouldnt split it into two words. What about Amalyah Makaila Keith, or Aimee Makaila Keith, or Makaila Nicole Keith. Hope i helped!

Ainsley is great. Avery sounds more like a girl name to me. Gaeton is a bad idea - he will never live it down.
How about Joshua Avery?

I like the middle names a lot (but would spell Ma'Kayla, Mikayla or Michaela, or even Makayla" Avery is cute, but I think it is going more to girls now. I like Avery Mikayla for a girl. Gaeton and Ainsley a big NO.

The boys' names are different. I've never heard "Gaeton" before. "Avery" doesn't suit my personal taste, but it's not my son. :)
I think the name "Ainsley" is very nice. There was a very beautiful woman on The West Wing whose name was Ainsley. It's an interesting spelling of what I would spell as "Michaela", but to each their own...

Avery is a cute name, Gaeton might get teased a little.
