You should be able to find tuition costs from their recruiters. But be careful talking to them.

The real cost of getting a degree at the University of Phoenix has little to do with the tuition and has everything to do with the fact that a degree from there will not be respected.

While U of P has a regional accredidation -- they are not recognized by the more prestigious national accredidation boards. Many firms will not hire U of P graduates. Others -- like Intel -- refuse to pay tuition for their employees because they feel it is not up to their standards.

U of P is a For Profit Corporation (most universities are not) that has practically no entrance standards. It was recently fined $9.8MM for sleazy recruiting practices. They are currently under investigation for padding their placement numbers.

The cost of a U of Phoenix degree is much higher than you should be willing to spend.

I don't know precisely, and I think it depends on the program. But on average, I believe full time students pay about $10,000 per year (I get that from the NY Times). That's about twice the cost of many state universities, but less than most private colleges.

Know that this school has a poor reputation among many employers. Some employers will actually refuse to look at the resumes of students coming from this school, and those like it. If your reason for looking at U of P is to change careers, or get a better job with another employer, just go in with your eyes open.
