are u talkin about the internet service? cause if thats the case u would have to call the ISP (Time Warner Cable) but i'm guessing that u prolly downloaded something u r not suppose 2 n ended up with a adware, spyware of virus, so for those u can get ad-ware by lavasoft, spyware search and destroy and if u dnt have a virus scan try downloading avg-virus scan from download.com u can also try ipconfig/release, renew in command prompt
