Tell me if you know any opportunities for those who are not black. My wife has been looking for a job in Memphis for 8 months. She faxes her resume to all the jobs open in the paper every single day.

as long as it isnt something political or newspaper type of business,, you can try the small business admin. they offer loans to people.. you just have to have some much down and a business plan.. offer a benift to the local market.. as in.. employee x number of people maybe also buy your protects from other than white businesses.... it helps if your other than white male.. which you sound like you are other than white.. so should be np as long as your business plan is solid..
