His line was more than deserving. He played with great energy and though he turned the ball over 4 times it was in the name of exciting passes.
He scored 20% of his teams 153 points. Marion was the only Western All-star that was remotely as entertaining. However Kobe's dunks were in traffic while Marion's more exciting plays were undefended, thus not as interesting. The MVP of an all-star game should always be the most exciting player, and yesterday that was Kobe.
Kobe deserved the MVP, unlike David "I robbed Chirs Paul" Lee at the rookie-sophmore game.

mello be serious...kobe all the way..mello hit j's and shot a good field goal percentage but that was it...brought no excitement, didnt run the point, assists were low, and didnt have the stat line that kobe had...let not forget steals and rebounds
