What age do can you move out of your parents in the state of Michigan?

she is 17yrs. old with a baby of her own. can she move out without getting trouble with the law.

of course she can. Even with out a baby.

My advice is for her to stay in the house as long as there's no abuse etc. She's young and need's support. Nobody's better at that than mom and dad.
