My husband and I just renewed our wedding vows at the Chapel of the Fountain at the Circus Circus. We thought it was going to be a really cheesy event, but the pastor was a nice, grandfatherly gentleman that performed a really nice ceremony. They even have 2 or 3 cameras that will provide a nice video.
Book this in advance, because it seems to be rather popular.

I got married there in the United Methodist Church. A little fancier and not as 'corny' as a chapel. Seemed like a real wedding, much cheaper, and a little more formal. that was 26 years ago, so can't remember price or anything. Good luck, and congratulations.
