Hate to break it to you, but I doubt the title shot's happening. The New Year's Revolution Tag Team Turmoil match was simply a filler. Had there been all serious teams and NOT Super Crazy/Duggan, that title shot might've gone down. But, as of recently, there has been no story line leading up to Cryme Tyme being the #1 Contender's. The match would have happened within 2 weeks of them earning the shot. Lately, they've actually been losing.

Resistance got here in in basic terms for a month and a few days and BEAT RVD and Kane in 03. So too early do no longer advise no longer something. Cryme Tyme needs a shot. They have been given character, followers, and that they choose a identify shot.

they did win a match a while back to be the #1 contenders for the tag team titles. with wrestlemania right around the corner, and no more PPVs between now and WM, i would think they would use the tag titles as a way to further the feud between cena and HBK. i dont think WWE wants to have raw's main event be tag team champions facing against each other. so i would think that about 3 weeks before WM, Crime Tyme will get their title shot and will win. maybe HBK will "accidentally" give cena sweet chin music and cost them the match. makes perfect sense to me.

Eventually, there might be a tournament for the tag team championships. Often, when the titles get too high profile, they have a tournament and bring an up and coming tag team in to win the title. They've done it with the WWE championship when a guy gets injured or something too.

Whatever way they get the titles is not going to be from HBK and Cena. Their title shot will probaly be further down the line.
