Shiners are a masons. You must first be a mason before you can be a Shriner

Well all Shriners are Masons, they are a concordant body and membership in Masons is a requirement.

Now the average age of Masons is around 60 and the average age of Lion's Club is around 50; so in the unlikely event that they fought, the Lions might take it.

The Masons would just build a wall around themselves and not fight at all. So it would be the Shriners with their swords against the lions. I think the lions would win.

Masons become Shriners.

I don't think any group or club would fight, so your question seems ignorant.
