i restarted com offed it refreshed it and even oned it again but still nothing

Really hard to answer with the limited facts you've provided.
(1) Did you download the right software (i.e. for PC or Mac, for Windows 2000/xp/vista)?
(2) Are the minimum system requirements for your computer (memory, Operating System, hard drive, speakers, etc.) met?
(3) Is your computer otherwise operating properly?
