no dry mouth isnt a sign of pregnancy it may just be that u need to stay hydrated drink plenty of water and avoid sodas non natural juices and things that arent good for you.

Actually, one of the symptoms is the opposite (which I have/had since the beginning). Over salivating is a sign. Not heard of anyone having dry mouth caused by pregnancy.

for me dry mouth is a sign that I am about to have my period
and during my period I always drink a lot
but it can be different for you

No, I don't believe it is. But if you have a metallic taste in your mouth, then that is a sign.

if thats the only symptom probably not but when p regnant a metallic taste is also you gain more saliva when pregnant
