Yes, please don't put her in with the goldfish. Bad idea there... Goldfish are dirty cold fish, whereas a betta is a warm tropical fish.
They may have mated. that is one possibility also. One thing I've read is you can add a little aquarium salt to her tank, (NOT table salt!) and it will help to heal her wounds. It's what they use for bettas before and after fighting them, in their native countries. Otherwise, use stress coat.
I wish you much luck there... I hope she gets to feeling better soon! With any luck, you will end up with a buncha betta eggs! In that case, I'd say congrats!
UPDATE: omg, so sorry to hear she died....... No offense, but now you know not to do that again... I hope you're ok....

the best thing to do is keep her alone right now. goldfish and bettas are a bad mix. if a goldfish starts chasing or nipping the female could attack and then you would be down a goldfish in the middle of all the betta fun.
check for any fin loss or scale damage on you bettas. they are probably going to need some kind of antibacterial treatment from loss of slime, fins, scales, etc. the cheapsest way to do this is aquarium salt at 1 tablespoon for 5 gallons. melafix is a good choice too. the best would be antibiotics like maracyn and maracyn2 in combination with the salt. this would protect from bacteria and most parasites (like ich) that they could get post-fight.
betta males and females don't peacefully co-exist despite whatever they told you at the pet store. they will be fine alone in gallon or larger homes.

Separate the female in some sort of thing specially made for it at the store and while yourthere u can ask them if they pay people for their babies. Or ask ur relatives of they want some, or get a bigger tank, or as mean as it sounds get a fish( like a female betta) to eat a few of them.

Your male beat her up. You can't house a male betta and a female together for any length of time. If she is swimming and eating then she will heal. Keep her fed and the water clean. Short of that there is really nothing much you can do.

They might have mated. Mating can be quite violent with betas. A vet could prescribe you some anti-biotics to help the injuries.

IS there any fin damage? Does she have any wounds. I need more info.
You can add some stress coat to your tank, but that's about all you can do. (you can buy that at any pet store)

You can't keep them together... they fight. Which is what happened. If you haven't separated them yet, do so.
They can't be housed together. Keep her water immaculate so that she hopefully doesn't develop any infections and lives.

please take her out from the goldfish...NOW!!!
put her in a bowl...beta are warm water, goldies are cold water..
she is suffering from shock. for one thing....
and even though the betas "looked" like they were getting along, the mating is agressive and be thankful she is not already dead.
