Yes you can OD on aspirin. Anything over the recommended dosage can cause stomach bleeding and Liver problems. Besides that, you will more than likely vomit alot of it up and be miserable for a day or so.

It is not that fact of just overdosing that causes the problems with aspirin, it is the effects too much has on the body. Number one problem is bleeding, increased tenfold if you have gi or stomach problems already. I Once had a 13 year old girl almost die from blood loss through the bowel from overdosing on aspirin, so it is dangerous. Follow the label's advice and not any more. Take enteric coated if any history of stomach or gi problems.
