He is a an old friend of mine and a Director in Banamex-Mexico's biggest bank. But I can't get a number for him!

Try calling banamex private banking (+52 55) 2226 8042, most of the guys there speak decent english and can forward your call.

Try finding the web-site on internet and then sending an email. They should be able to forward your email to him.
