I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix. The plastic strips on the inside of the doors----along the windows---have become brittle and cracked. ---What are these called? It's hard to shop online for replacement parts with a description of "plastic thingies".
--Oh! if anyone can suggest where to look for replacements (aside from eBay, which is the first place I plan to look once I know the name), I would really appreciate it.
---Thank you for your time!

weather stripping. Look around for pricing. You may be surprised how comparable a dealership actually is, plus a dealership will usually do a better job. They will also usually fix something they did wrong for free. I find it is safer to get things done at a dealership, they are usually better at guaranteeing their work
