use a real picture as your avatar?

Yeah, you have to upload pics to your yahoo 360 page and then select one as your main image, which will then become your avitar

I have my car on mine. If I remember right it gave an option when you select your avatar. An option to browse your pics and select.

You put it into yahoo 360 then get it from there !

go to your avator on your messenger yhen click choose picture then brose
