recently i purchased prenatal vitamins and i have been taking them for about three days i was wondering what was the best brand of these type of vitamins the ones i have are spring valley prenatal and i have heard that these better your chance for pregnancy is that true?

It is the folic acid that makes pregnancy more likely in the vitamins. You can buy just folic acid. I am not sure what the best brand is but if you call an ob/gyn they can tell you what they think!

pre natal vitamins are pre natal vitamins, they all have the same things in them maybe some have more mg than others but it doesnt really matter as long as your getting the vitamins you need...I am not pregnant but i do take prenatal vitamins just incase i do get pregnant, my hubby and i have been trying to conceive. Anyways i purchase mine at wild aots its a health food store....

all of them are good but you should still take extra folic acid along with your prenatal
