How do I find modeling open calls in the Cincinnati, Ohio area?

Find an agent first. They have better inside connections. And make sure they are reputable.

Look in the paper, or local trade papers. It's rare that an agency has an open call, unless it's for some special marketing.
Don't go alone. If they ask you for money, walk out the door.

As far as I know, no open calls are legit. but ProScout came close. Don't go to a Barbizon one. ProScout's website is proscout.com it's pretty good.
