The primary parts of the nervous system are the brain, the spinal cord and nerves. Therefore, there isn't a specific vitamin per se that has a direct effect on these parts - and obviously none would have a negative effect. The capillaries in your blood are what nourish these parts of the nervous system. As long as you are overall healthy, your nervous system will be as well. However, if you have a blood disorder, it would depend directly on that disorder to find out what type of nutrient enhancement you should take to help make up for it.

Chiropractic deals with the vertebral subluxation. This is when the bones of the spine become misaligned slightly and cause the interference to the nervous system. The chiropractic adjustment removes this interference and allows the nervous system and the rest of the body to begin to function normally.

B vitamins and also a substance called instanol (I may have mispelled that). Anyway, it helps process the B vitamins and without it can cause anxiety or uneasiness. People with anxiety problems generally have to stay on a maintennce dose.
