I have Windows XP.
I have SUPERAntiSpyware, AVG Free Edition, Windows Defender, and Spybot. Is that enough?

If the AVG Free is the Antivirus program, then you are protected well enough.

Make sure a couple of other things are done.

Make sure the Windows Firewall is turned on and protecting.

If the Tea Timer in Spybot is not turned on, turn it on. This will allow Spybot to provide full time protection as the Windows defender does. To turn on the Tea Timer go into the Advanced Mode and Settings. Find the Tea Timer option and check the box.

Sounds to me as though you're quite secure with what you're running, although sometimes if you run the same type of software together, they may conflict. But if that's not happening, just leave things as they are.

In addition to what you already have ..
you should consider...

making sure you have your windows updates caught up!
and a free software firewall wouldn't be a bad idea ..
other than that looks like you got it covered
