their are several things you can do.1. Try taking your BBT every morning around the same time befor you even get out of bed, 2> try charting your cycle each month, 3. try taking some herbs(they work great) the good ones to take are vitex(chasteberry), red raspberry, red clover or you can talk to your doctor about a inexpensive drugs called clomid. note: clomid ups your chances of multiple birth and you need to be closely watched by your doctor while taking this drug..
also it is advisable for woman who are pregant or trying to get pregnant to start taking pre natal vitamins
folic acid also helps when trying to conceive.
good luck and lots of baby dust to you!

Get the book "Taking charge of your Fertility" by Toni Weschler from the library, or just buy it. It will tell how to know exactly when you ovulate (which helps alot in conception) it has a chapter dedicated on how to optomize your chances of getting pregnant, and a chapter dedicated to how to solve common but not serious fertility issues. I learned a lot from this book. Good luck.

For you:
- take prenatal vitamins, esp. folic acid
- track your ovulation time (buy a kit, take temperature, etc), ALWAYS chart your period/ovulation.
- have sex every other day
- put a pillow under your bottom after sex and lie down for 20 minutes. Helps if you get an orgasm after he ejaculates.
For Him:
- wear boxer shorts, no tight pants
- ease on the caffeine

TRY TO COUNT YOUR OVULATION DAYS AND HAVE SEX ON THOSE DAYS, IF THAT DOSENT WORK THEN GO TO THE DOCTOR AND THEY PROBALLY CAN HELP, BECAUSE I HAD A FRIEND THAT WAS TRYING FOR A LONG TIME AND SHE EVENTUALLY WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND HE GAVE HER A PILL TO TAKE AND SHE WAS PREGNANT THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

ask your family doctor. It may be worth a few tests to determine that you and your husband are both fertile.
