Some one told me as long as you meet OSUs minimum requirements ( 2.0 gpa, and test scores) then, by law, you will be excepted as a TRANSFER student. Is that true???? It's a state school so it sounds possible but it also sounds too easy??

You can probably get in a special student - meaning pay the same for class, get credits, etc but need to go thru the application process to get in as a degree program.
