No but he does! Both in his head and in reality. He has devoted his time in power to the accumulation of money and property ( he now owns 5 houses) He has destroyed a political party and whether you support it or not that is bad for democracy.
Us Plebs dont get to live in Paradise we just pay for it.

labour's vision of the UK as Tony see it
Public transport cheap ,clean and efficient and safe,
low taxes,
high wages,
More hospitals than ever,
more police who catch criminals,
falling crime,
more jails,
excellent home office,
excellent education,
low fuel duty,
excellent pensions,
affordable housing for 1st time buyers,
we never had it so good,have we.
This is how Tony sees it but i don't think anyone else see it that way!

Well, no doubt he sees it this way because he's delusional. It should be the People's Democratic Republic because he and his government are more like members of the old Soviet Politburo.
