If you look on top of the fuel filter assembly there should be a bleed nut! its usually at the highest point!
Undo it but don't remove!
Pump it until pure fuel comes out with no bubbles of air then tighten it again!
Then undo one of the pipes to the injectors in the same way and do the same!
If its badly in need of bleeding you might have to do it to all the injector pipes one at a time!
Remember though! your using gravity as well as force to bleed so always try to chase the fuel upwards bleeding at the highest points!

bleed off pipes are usually the little flexible rubber ones that link the injectors together, on some vehicles one side of injector 1 or 4 then goes to the pump via a non return valve

as already stated th'ere black rubber pipes that return surpless fuel to the pump. bending them about with the engine running will show if they are leaking. always replace the lot at once if suspect with the blanking plug
