I go to bed everynight around 10 and watch tv until around 11 because i never seem tired....is there anything that i can do to help me sleep better?? when i shut my tv off, i takes me about 1-3 hours to fall asleep....is ther anything that i can do to help me sleep better....? please help! any answer is very much appreciated :)

Insomnia hits the best of us I am afraid. If I have trouble sleeping, I just take Simply Sleep about 1 hour before going to bed. It is non addictive and helps you sleep through the night and wake up without feeling groggy.

There are medications that can be prescribed by your family physician that can assist with any type of sleep disorder. Also, try not using the tv at all. Try not to do any activities normally done out of bed in the bed. Save the bed for sleep and rest and relaxation.

do not watch tv.try reading.avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours before going to bed.try saying in your head a number or a letter over and over again.it works for me.
