Fight On you seemed to leave out some facts there and since you were attacking the SEC I thought I would add the games you "forgot" when making your point, funny how most of them are SEC Wins!
Off the top of my head
9/06/03 LSU 59 - 13 Arizona*
9/04/04 LSU 22 - 21 Oregon St*
9/10/05 LSU 35 - 31 Arizona St*
2006-2007 Season
9/02/06 Auburn 40 - 14 Washington State*
9/02/06 USC 50 - 14 Arkansas
9/02/06 Tennessee 35 - 18 Calfornia
9/09/06 LSU 45 - 03 Arizona
Total: SEC 3 - 1 Pac 10
Total Points: SEC 134 - 85 Pac 10
The Combination of This List and Fight On! results in
SEC 6 - 6 Pac 10 which is a tie
* = Game not included in Fight On!'s List

The pac 10, while not as strong as the SEC, is typically on a par with the Big 12 and Big 10. Last year you could put their top teams (Cal/SC, Texas/OU, OSU/Mich) in a round robin tourney and it would pretty much be a wash. Certain years one conference has an advantage, but this pattern is pretty consistent in recent history.

I don't know about the Sun Belt, but yeah, the PAC-10 isn't exactly the SEC.

They like to call it a good Confrence because they are dominating it and that will make them look better. It really isn't that great. Just like people run down the Big East because "they beat each other." So what to be a good Confrence you need to have only one good team?
