Holding hands? 1 week after I ask her out and she became my girlfriend? After the 1 week passed, do I ask her to hold hands? or just hold hands with her?
kissing? 2 month after I ask her out and she become my girlfriend?
do i just kiss her or do i tell her that i want to kiss her, please explain.
and how do you advance your relationship? do you just tell her that "I like you a lot, I think we should take our relationship to the next level?"
Any advice on all of this??

I say go with the flow! I don’t think it is wrong to ask a girl if you can kiss her. The question is does she like you? I guess the only advice I can give you is don’t rush anything. Take your time, just have fun you will know when the time is right. Good luck!

Wow...sounds like its your first time to have a girlfriend. Dude my advice to you is let loose. If you depending too much on people or tips to be and stayed in a relationship, it's nothing more like doing a job where you take orders and not very happy with it. Don't be afraid to make any mistakes, it makes you more mature on how to handle a relationship.
Remember if you are meant to be together then there's nothing to worry about. It's actually pretty exciting to see what future brings you.

Just go with the flow, and do what seems natural. No need to stress about it or else you'll just make it awkward, and you don't want that.
