1 How much do we charge them?
2 what do we do with the billions of pounds of money we would make?

It would be nice if we could find a way of doing it.
They certainly tell us enough lies.
Maybe we could fine them 45% of their salaries.
As for MOJO"S comments, Tony Blair has a mortgage of some £20,000 / month, so he has some money somewhere.
Keep the pressure on them, they are greedy self interested idiots.

There would be a few more Knighthoods and Peerages floating abouting to pay for the taxes.

You question needs more realism.
The idea is good but how would you enforce it ? Who would enforce it ? And how would you prove they were lying ?
The masses are stupid and need to be fed lies. If they are not they will start rioting because they cannot handle the truth.
