Hmm, if you have some pain or discomfort in your bladder area it could be a bladder infection, you could try drinking cranberry juice for that and depending on how serious the problem is it could clear up in a few days. It's what my Mom has used after having so many kids (very hard on the bladder) and my brother has bladder problems and every time it acts up again he just drinks cranberry juice for a few days and the problem is all gone.
However, if you drink a lot of things with caffein in it, like coffee, black tea, coke or or pepsi then you've got your system loaded down with diuretics which help draw the fluids out of your body (through your urinary tract). Switch over to drinking water and juice and maybe some herb teas if that's your thing. If this doesn't help and you have a bit of trouble still you could try drinking Xango Mangosteen juice which has powerful anti-oxidants and anti-biotic properties and can help with both bladder and kidney problems, you can find out more about this here: http://www.mangosteenhealth101.com/
This should help you out
Heads up

I too think it may be a prostrate problem. If it's enlarged, it can "squish" your bladder making you want to pee.
You need to do some things....make an appointment with your doctor. You'll get a "roto rooter", it's uncomfortable, but he'll be able to tell you pretty quick if it's an enlarged prostrate.
You need to masturbate. Masturbation and orgasm help reduce the size of your prostrate.
You'll need to be aware that prostrate massage (the doctor will do some of this during your exam) is highly stimulating and will cause you to excite during your exam. If you get a hard on in the doctor's office, don't freak. It's absolutely normal. All guys do.
Good luck.

Urinate is not bad at all.
May be you are drinking too much water , coffee or, drinks or foods that make you pee.
If all of the above isn't true, you may have an infection. Visit an urologist near you fast.

Sounds like a prostate issue. Take some Saw Palmetto. It really does help shrink the prostate down a bit so you won't be bothered by it constantly. You can get it drug stores or health food stores.

frequent urination can be a sign of diebeties, urinary tract infection, STD or Prostate inflamation and several other things. You just need to go to a urologist and make sure it's not serious.
