How do we know it's someone who's out to just make money and are just fooling us. Any red flags to watch out for? I don't want any phone readings. I want to actually visit one in my city. How do I go about finding one? Yellow pages?

anyone can be a psychic. All you have to do is be intuitive to body language. I'll give you an example of a "fake" psychics hook. They tell you they see an old lady next to a car. Or something to that effect. You will start to think of all the old people you know of. Then you'll think of any car problems they may have had. All of a sudden you beleive everything they tell you because they knew about your grand mothers car trouble. While you were thinking of this they read your body language and knew you were theirs. Go to an initial consultation and don't offer any information. Let them do ALL the talking. If they're pretty close then you may have a good one. And don't discount yourself. Ask the questions you have to yourself first then meditate on the answers. You may be suprised at what you come up with. We all have those abilities, a lot of us just don't use them.

A - the sign PSYCHIC

B - watch out for leading questions and imperfect guesses, like:
I'm seeing an important person in your life; name starts with J
-the "psychic" expects you to say "Is it my sister Joan?"
The best thing to do is to not respond at all

C - anything that hints that, if you return AGAIN or give more money, the "readings" get better; OR that for a certain sum iof money, the "psychic" wil reveal "secrets" that the general public doesn't get.

D - Ask specific questions that could only be answered by a psychic; For example: "Will my relationship with my father improve this year?" (see, my father's dead) or "will my wife's business finally get off the ground?" (my wife doesn't own a business). Things like that.

E - wear a crucifix under your clothes. And DON'T say it's superstititous - YOU'RE the one who believes in psychics!

A good psychic has established rates and doesn't sound like they are trying to sell you something. Some people just call themselves psychics, but aren't really gifted. They are good at reading people and if they say something that is obviously wrong and you disagree, they immediately agree with you. A good psychic wants LITTLE information from you. A good (real) psychic will usually have a waiting list. I have had experiences with both good and bad ones.

I walk in busy shopping areas by myself often. Physics trying to sell their service often approach me. It They all say there is something going on in my life that can be changed possibly a relationship problem. I am leary of anyone out hustling people in shopping areas.

I popped into one of those psychic places with the big hand on a sign about 20 years ago. For $20.00 a woman read my cards. It was good entertainment for an hour. At the end she wanted $100.00 to buy candles and light them in a church for me. (Red Flag for sure)

Try a metaphysical bookstore. Some of them have physics that come in and do readings and they may also be able to lead you to reputable ones.

If they ask you way too many questions prior to the reading. What that tells you is their questions and your answers will the base for their reading of you. Also, don't wear anything, jewelry or anything that would determine your wealth or status. Dress plain.
And, don't let them see the car you drive...if you drive first class then, they will give you a wealthy reading. Also, to find a good one, ask around. You would be surprised how many hairdressers and massage therapists there are that know a good psychic.

You will know if they start asking questions. Don't answer ANY questions. They sneakingly get answers from you and then expand on them to make it seem like they are psychic. And, lastly, remember, if they are truly psychic they would have won the lottery by now!!
