Well I have met both and I do notice that the caribbean people pip at the post at being more jovial than the african - just as the northern people are more down to earth than the southern people. Of course I can only reflect on the individuals I meat - I like all my good fellow human beings, but obviously notice characters within them people.

You kind of just answered the question yourself but....

An african person is someone from the continent of Africa. They could be from Sudan, Ethiopia, Tanzania, or Rwanda etc. They speak African languages and sometimes english or French.

A caribbean person is someone from an island in the caribbean. They could be from Jamaica, the Bahamas, etc. They often times speak English or french and sometimes have their own languages

i can usually tell by ability of how the child looks what each and all of the father and mom have been. i locate that many times with black/white babies, if the daddy is black they provide the impact of being greater black. Have darker epidermis, thicker hair. while the mummy is black the babies look much less black. working example my mom is black and my dad is white and maximum human beings think of im puerto rican rather of mixed because of the fact I truthfully have mild epidermis and curlier hair then maximum biracial youngsters that have black fathers. It doesnt continually paintings tho.

i could tell the difference between a chap from the carribean and a chap from africa... even if they have the same colour of skin or eyes, i would suggest the chap from the carribean would have a different accent to his counter part from africa. they might even have a different diet as well.
